Direct Selling Association (DSA) in the US has just revealed its first set of winners for its highly anticipated 2024 awards in various categories. DSA honored direct selling companies for their path-breaking excellence, innovation, and community impact within the direct selling industry.

DSA honors direct selling companies every year for their remarkable achievements and contributions in various fields. This year they have categorized awards into two parts to individually acknowledge and appreciate the achievements of each company. These companies have been instrumental in the growth of the direct selling industry and the awards celebrate their dedication and excellence.

The winners have been rightly honored for their passion for growth and innovation which distinguished themselves within the direct selling industry. From trailblazing product innovations to their creative marketing strategies, each company has exceeded their capacities to achieve these recognitions. Despite inventing new products and strategies for growth, these companies stand as true leaders in contributing to the communities through their philanthropic efforts and social impact initiatives.

DSA awards direct selling companies for their innovative product approach. This year, the award for Product Innovation was shared by PermaLinx by jBloom and Nu Skin RenuSpa iO.

PermaLinx by jBloom

PermaLinx by jBloom created waves in the jewelry industry with their stainless steel jewelry, a continuous chain without a clasp. Made with delicate stainless steel, these chains will never lose their color over time. What’s more surprising is that the items in the chain is secured without using a welding machine. This innovative jewelry by jBloom yielded $5 million in sales and a record growth in their network.

RenuSpa iO by Nu Skin

The wellness device from Nu Skin, RenuSpa iO, turned many heads with its outstanding benefits. This self-care system rejuvenates your body with unique adaptive microcurrent technology that adapt to your skin conditions.

Vision for tomorrow

This category honors sustainable and community initiatives of direct selling companies every year. Plexus Worldwide made a difference with its “Nourish One Initiative” and Somnvie for its “Share the Comfort Program”.

Nourish One Initiative by Plexus Worldwide

Plexus Worldwide’s “Nourish One Initiative” focused on delivering meals and bringing hope for the underprivileged. With a strategic partnership with Feeding America, Plexus had been concentrating its efforts to end hunger and insecurity since 2018. In 2023, through their sustainable campaign, Plexus made donations for every purchase of Plexus Lean and 3 meals for every purchase of Reset. The impressive results of the campaign took the company and its efforts to be honored with the DSA award for their vision of helping the community fight hunger.

Share the Comfort by Somnvie

Somnvie’s “Share the Comfort” voiced their mission to provide comfort to refugees residing in shelters, hospices, and domestic violence safe houses. While they are offered shelter, comfort has always been a far story. Through Somnvie’s “Share the Comfort Pillow” program, the company offers the refugees a pillow for every purchase made by the customer at a local Somnvie event.

Sales and marketing campaigns

DSA acknowledges groundbreaking sales and marketing strategies of direct selling brands with this award. In 2024, Herbalife and Young Living created impactful and attractive campaigns that attracted tremendous attention and demanded award-winning appreciation.

HERBALIFE V by Herbalife

HERBALIFE V by Herbalife is a certified organic, non-GMO-verified, Kosher, plant-based, and vegan line of products. The creative idea behind the campaign unfolded in three phases---a tease campaign, the launch, and post-launch campaign. Encouraging a healthy lifestyle with plant-based products the campaign was the “fastest speed-to-market campaign execution in Herbalife's history”.

Make a Shift Campaign by Young Living

Young Living’s “Make a Shift” is a wellness initiative that encourages youngsters to make small yet impactful shifts to transform to a healthier lifestyle. The campaign highlights Young Living’s commitment to supporting individuals who are on their way to free themselves from everyday chemicals such as home fragrances, cleaning products, etc.

As anticipation builds, let’s eagerly await the unveiling of the second part of the DSA 2024 Awards. The first set of winners has already set the bar high for excellence and innovation. Now, with excitement and anticipation, let’s await the announcement of the remaining honorees.
